Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping wire, connecting terminals, and mounting outlets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for daily jobs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure job satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
- No prior electrical experience is necessary; we are looking for raw talent and willingness to learn.
