Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and building codes
- Provide accurate estimates and documentation for services
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles
- Train junior plumbers on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license required
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun, 6am-6pm)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
