Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, outlets, and switches according to blueprints and safety codes.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of electrical equipment and workspaces.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: A strong willingness to learn and a great work ethic are the only requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
