Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics under supervision.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, outlet and switch installation, and lighting repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites and set up work areas.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and physical stamina to work in various conditions.
- Willingness to obtain a state electrical license and complete apprenticeship hours.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
