Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including stripping, bending, and terminating conductors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored safely.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of math (fractions, measurements) is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain required licenses and certifications upon employment.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
