Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and tools.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Handle material delivery and inventory management.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License (required for site travel).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina for standing, climbing, and bending throughout the shift.
- Strong desire to learn and advance in the electrical trade.
