Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, conduit bending, and fixture installation.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and compliant with local safety codes.
- Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure functionality.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; trade school completion is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
