Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical equipment and circuits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and ability to use measuring tools accurately.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Journeyman license through our structured apprenticeship program.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
