Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict adherence to local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tool organization and job site cleanup.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
