Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including pulling wire, terminating cables, and installing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and safety briefings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of math and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a genuine desire to learn a trade.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
