Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure all work adheres to National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Document work orders and maintain project reports
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Georgia Electrical Trainee License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Willingness to work nights/weekends for emergency calls
