Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct diagnostic testing using multimeters and circuit analyzers
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA standards and NFPA 70E
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel installations
- Document work orders, material usage, and project progress
- Participate in emergency call-out rotations for critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical theory and Ohm's Law
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to pursue Georgia Electrical License through apprenticeship
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
