Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Assist with running conduit, pulling wire, and mounting electrical fixtures
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and specialized tools
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and willingness to obtain required certifications
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the Charlotte metro area
