Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and performing diagnostics
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment efficiently
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in apprenticeship programs and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic understanding of electrical principles preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if needed)
