Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Safely operate hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and building codes
- Support senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical certification (assisted by employer)
