Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the work area as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
