Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow detailed instructions to safely install wiring, conduits, and fixtures
- Conduct basic electrical tests using multimeters and other diagnostic tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to comply with safety standards
- Document work progress and material usage as directed
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment operation
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving under supervision
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications within 6 months
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
