Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform water heater installations and sewer line inspections
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Manage job site safety and maintain clean work environments
- Provide detailed service reports and client consultations
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Emergency service availability (weekends/on-call)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Excellent customer service communication skills
