Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, including water lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, and gas lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan project execution.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future system failures.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide transparent estimates.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all local and state safety codes.
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
