Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan installations.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Handle material inventory and assist with job site preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and willingness to work hard.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
