Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, lighting, and power distribution.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform routine testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and components to ensure functionality and safety.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and property managers to explain work being performed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior electrical experience required; apprenticeship candidates welcome.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
- Skills: Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
