Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and NEC regulations.
- Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to complete projects accurately.
- Keep detailed records of materials used and work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.
- Basic understanding of math, geometry, and mechanical concepts.
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude towards safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to obtain required state licensing and certifications.
