Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Install conduits, wires, and electrical fixtures according to blueprints and safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of math and measurement.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn the trade.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
