Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, and replacing light fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to obtain a state electrical license upon completion of apprenticeship.
- No prior experience is required; we provide the training.
