Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform basic measurements, cuts, and assembly of electrical components.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical schematics.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Report daily progress and any safety concerns to the foreman.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses through our training program.
