Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn and adhere to strict electrical safety protocols and building codes
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool usage
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within Memphis metro area
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
