Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and fixture mounting
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnostic testing
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and tools
- Complete daily reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain Massachusetts electrician license within 6 months
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
