Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to read electrical blueprints and technical schematicsOperate hand/power tools and electrical testing equipmentFollow strict safety protocols and OSHA standardsInstall wiring, conduits, and electrical componentsPerform troubleshooting and diagnostic tasksDocument work orders and project progressParticipate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and measurement knowledge
- Willingness to obtain California electrician trainee card
- Background check and drug screen required
