Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC (National Electrical Code) and California regulations
- Perform diagnostic testing on electrical components and circuits
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions and safety workshops
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow OSHA protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain California Electrician Trainee certification
- Team player with excellent communication skills
