Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and local electrical codes
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and circuit testing
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Document work orders and maintain project records
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety protocols and reliability
