Responsibilities

- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment testing
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform manual labor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
