Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Conduct electrical safety inspections and troubleshooting
- Assist with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit installations
- Adhere to NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Nashville
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
