Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for complex projects
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and Texas state electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate subcontractor activities
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
- Document work orders and maintain project timelines
- Provide exceptional client communication and service
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman or Master License
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and load calculations
- Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
