Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and compactors
- Install and remove safety barriers, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing procedures
- Conduct quality checks and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet construction deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Ability to operate heavy equipment with proper licensing
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs and working in confined spaces
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
