Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit testing under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and use industry-standard tools/equipment
- Participate in 12-week paid apprenticeship program with structured curriculum
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Complete OSHA 10-hour safety certification training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites within 50-mile radius
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to commit to 2-year apprenticeship program
