Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical issues
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Complete training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Raleigh
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
