Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Safely operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Conduct inspections to identify electrical issues and hazards
- Install and maintain wiring, fixtures, and control systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC)
- Document work performed and maintain organized records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training programs
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Milwaukee
