Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Provide hands-on support during installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Tool Management: Keep work areas clean, organized, and equipped with the necessary tools.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines on job sites.
- Material Handling: Help unload, organize, and store electrical materials and equipment.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and team members on job sites.
- Drilling & Wiring: Assist in drilling holes, pulling wire, and securing electrical components.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We prefer candidates willing to start as apprentices.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic Math: Strong aptitude for basic arithmetic and measurements.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
