- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics
- Safely operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Install and troubleshoot electrical components like outlets, switches, and lighting
- Perform routine inspections and identify potential hazards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and electrical codes
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- No prior electrical experience required – we train!
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
