Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Safely operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Install/conduit wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Perform routine system inspections and safety checks
- Follow NEC and OSHA compliance standards
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Bay Area
- Willingness to obtain California Electrician Trainee certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
