Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain organized workspaces
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical components under supervision
- Test circuits and troubleshoot basic electrical issues
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- No formal experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
