Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing and maintaining residential/commercial electrical systems
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to understand project requirements
- Use hand/power tools safely and perform basic troubleshooting
- Prepare work areas, organize materials, and maintain clean job sites
- Document work progress and complete daily task reports
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
