Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with wiring, installations, and repairs
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Install and maintain lighting systems, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tests
- Manage tools and materials efficiently at job sites
- Document work progress and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- No formal electrical experience required—training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician apprentice license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
