Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring, cable pulling, and mounting of electrical boxes and fixtures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Use hand and power tools correctly to perform tasks under supervision.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks as needed.
- Follow blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- No prior electrical experience required; we provide training!
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
