Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Handle materials and tools with care, reporting any damaged equipment immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and obtain certification is essential.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work on ladders, in tight spaces, and in various weather conditions.
