Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Safely operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit panel assembly
- Perform safety inspections and document work progress
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for electrical calculations
- Strong commitment to safety protocols (OSHA 10 certification preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Own basic hand tools (list provided upon hire)
