Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsPerform safety checks and ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
- Install conduits, wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician license (company provides training)
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
