Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Collaborate with senior electricians to handle complex installations and upgrades.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document all work performed and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in tight spaces.
