Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on electrical circuits and equipment
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Assist senior electricians with complex projects and system upgrades
- Document work performed and maintain accurate job records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Dallas Metro
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician apprentice license
