Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems under supervision
- Follow blueprints and technical diagrams for wiring layouts
- Perform diagnostic testing on electrical components and circuits
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete documentation
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – open to all backgrounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Willingness to pursue apprenticeship certification
